Other than in the limited ways detailed in this Privacy Policy, we will never use or disclose any Information unless you specifically and explicitly requested or approved us to do so.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY:
The sessions with the Counsellor may be recorded for reasons of future reference and any information shared by you during personal consultation (“Confidential Information”) shall not be shared with any its agents or any third party contractors, either orally or in writing; except only in the following circumstances:
4.1. If there is a significant/ real/ imminent threat or risk to your health, safety or life or to the health, safety or life of any other person or the public;
4.2. If the information is required to any authority by law
5. PURPOSE:
The Information we collect could be used for the following purposes:
5.1. Future sessions/therapy as desired by you and for continuity of therapy/counselling process.
5.2. Maintenance of case sheet for future reference
5.3. The audio & Video calls will be kept in our records for 3 months and will go for automatic deletion.
